Our Data Conversion is Complete, Welcome to Great Erie!

We've officially completed the final phase of our data conversion process with IRS Buffalo FCU. Everything is up and running smoothly, and your account is now fully integrated with Great Erie Federal Credit Union's systems. Thank you for your patience and support as we made this important transition to better serve you. 

✅ Mastercard Debit Cards Are Now Active

Your new Great Erie Mastercard Debit Card is now activated and ready to use! You can make purchases, pay bills, and withdraw cash with ease.

✅ Enjoy Expanded ATM Access Through Your Checking Account

Great Erie debit cards are linked to your checking account, giving you access to over 50,000 surcharge-free ATMs through the Allpoint Network. Whether you're home or traveling, convenient access to your funds is right around the corner. 

Please note:

  • ATM access is only available through checking accounts.
  • If you need to access funds from your savings account, you can do so in person through the Shared Branching Network at participating credit union locations.

  • Here's what you can start doing:

✅ Enroll in online banking at www.GreatErieFCU.com ➡Click "OLB Login" ➡ Select "First time user? Enroll in online banking."

✅ Download our mobile app after you complete your online enrollment.

✅ Your ACH deposits and withdrawals, existing checks, and direct deposits will continue to work seamlessly without any changes.

✅ You'll receive a complimentary order of new checks, valid through the end of 2025. Call our Member Services to request them.

✅ Your member number will change to a new 7-digit number starting with "4." For instance, if your IRS number was 1234, it will now be 4001234.

✅ We are also giving you a new checking account MICR number. No worries—your old MICR number will still work for any payments or deposits you have set up.

Member Service Assistance: Our Great Erie Member Services Team will be ready and available to assist you beginning Tuesday, July 2, when our branches reopen for regular business hours.

Phone Support Update: IRS Buffalo members will no longer select Option 8 when calling our main number. Going forward, please select Option 7 to contact our local Member Services team directly in Orchard Park, NY.

**Appletree Cheektowaga Branch** Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

**Downtown Buffalo Branch** Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
