The Staff of Great Erie FCU presented a $300 check to the Orchard Park Fire Company on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 with their August "Casual/Jeans Wear Friday" donation monies. Every month the staff contributes and donates to a non-profit organization in the WNY area.
Over the past 136 years, the members of the Orchard Park Fire Company have been there to help with the experience, training, and professional skills that are necessary in time of need.
Last year the members of the Fire Company responded to over 2,300 calls. Currently, this year they have responded to over 1,600 calls and have provided fire and EMS coverage for the Memorial Day Parade, the Annual Fourth of July Parade and Fireworks, the Taste of Orchard Park and the Ice Cream Social.
The fire hall is located at 30 School Street, Orchard Park.
