Your online security is taken very seriously that is why we have implemented the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to our Home Banking site.

The security system also checks the computer that you are using to access your Home Banking account. If the system does not recognize your computer during a future logon attempt, it will take additional steps to verify your identity.

Locked Out

If the system detects any fraudulent logon attempts, your account will be locked out. This will occur after three failed attempts. You can select the "Unlock My Account" feature to reset your online banking.

Now that the Bill Payer service has been upgraded, be sure to disable all pop-up blockers in order to access the new bill payer.

You must have an open checking account with Great Erie Federal Credit Union.

How do I get started?

  • You must first sign into your Home Banking (NetBranch) account.
  • Put in your account # and password.
  • Click on the Services tab.
  • Click on the Bill Payment icon to get started.

If you have any problems, contact the customer service number and they will be able to assist you if you have further questions or problems.

It is easy to sign-up! Go into your Online Banking Account (NetBranch) and click on the E-statement icon under Services. Read the disclosure and agree to it and that is it! Simple and easy!

E- Services

  • E-Statements: Receive your statements electronically and securely as soon as they’re available! No need to wait for the mail.
  • E-Alerts: Receive alerts when your account drops below a certain balance, when checks clear and more!
  • E-Notifications: Receive important account notices (Insufficient funds, Negative Overdraft, Delinquent Loans and CD Maturity Notices), electronically and immediately, rather than waiting for the mail.
  • E-Bonds: Create an inventory of bonds, track interest earned and maturity dates. The service will also send an email when a bond has matured.
  • Special Occasions: Set up special and important dates as a reminder of the occasion or event.

Transfers to/from External Accounts

  • ACH Transfers In: Withdraw funds from another financial institution and deposit them into your Great Erie Federal Credit Union share draft account. Loan payments can also be completed using this service.
  • ACH Authorization: Allows members/non-members to deposit funds into your share draft account with Great Erie Federal Credit Union.
  • ACH Transfers Out: Allows members to transfer funds from Great Erie Federal Credit Union to another financial institution.
