Great Erie Federal Credit Union wants to ensure the upmost health and safety of our members & staff.

We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, which continues to rapidly evolve. We have formed an action plan made up of management who are meeting daily to monitor this situation, develop proactive protocols and ensure that we are following all CDC and Erie County Department of Health guidelines.

Out of an abundance of caution, we will remain open during our normal business hours, Monday thru Saturday while offering member access to our Drive-Thru/ATM located at our Orchard Park office. Lobby access at our Orchard Park & East Aurora branches will be suspended until further notice. In addition to our tellers manning the Drive-Thru, staff from our Member Service Department & Lending Department will be answering phone calls and assisting members with all of their needs electronically.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the many electronic service options we have available including:

Allpoint ATM Access

We are here to help you, our members! If you are going through a financial hardship due to the impact of COVID-19, we want to be able to help. We are offering to waive the $30 fee associated with our "Skip-A-Pay" program. This program offers members the option to skip a loan payment twice every calendar year for each of their loans with us. Certain loans qualify for our Skip-A-Pay program.

These loans include:

New and/or Used Installment Auto Loans

Signature Loans

RV (Recreational Vehicle) Loans
